#12 Second steps

We’ve all studied Einstein’s law of conservation of energy that states that energy can not be created nor destroyed, but it transforms from one form to another. I humbly think that if we internalize this law it would change our perspectives regarding how we choose to approach our lives. Simply, we would adopt improved mindsets about how we adapt to changes in our environments be it personal, work, literally everything. Knowing that our energies exist as long as we’re alive, and that being drained doesn’t necessarily mean that we are less productive nor that we’re failing ourselves. Our energy at this point in time has just shape shifted to another form. It is there, we just have to be smart, give ourselves the time to know how we can find some meaning behind this current form, and navigate how we could use it to accomplish our work. Flowing with our energy with its versatile forms is the key that maintains our progress and keep it linear along the way, avoiding any exponential rise that would suddenly drop the whole curve.
